Executive Summary

A retrospective analysis of observational data was conducted to assess the cost of community-acquired pressure injuries in a case series of individuals with work-related spinal cord injury (participants) supported by the Workers’ Compensation Board of British Columbia (WorksafeBC) as well as the benefits of preventative and early pressure injury intervention.
